M. Athar is an experienced Human Rights and Social activist with over 35 years of experience in the NGO sector. His previous roles include serving as the General Secretary & Campaign Coordinator for Amnesty International in Faisalabad and as a Member of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan.
He was also a founding member of the CCD Collaborative Care of Diabetes M. Athar is a passionate advocate for teamwork and consistently applies his comprehensive efforts toward building a strong team at CCD.
